Cullen is exactly what you want in a realtor. He is knowledgable of the area and housing market. He knows the process backward and forward. And he is a great listener. At our first meeting, he walked us through the process from start to finish. After getting a good understanding of what we were looking for, he began sending us houses, and we started our tours. He quickly learned what were the dealbreakers and what concessions we'd be open to in a house. This saved us time from looking at houses we knew we'd never be interested in and allowed us to spend more time at the houses we could see ourselves in. When it came time to put in our offer, this is where Cullen's experience proved invaluable. He made sure that we put together the best possible offer that would get us the house we wanted and I can say, without a doubt, had we not followed his advice, we wouldn't have gotten the house we did. We were able to be competitive in this crazy market, without overspending unnecessarily, and couldn't be happier with our decision. There's always bumps along the way in a home buying process, but when we encountered ours, he was there to smooth them over. And he is very responsive, making you feel like you are his only client. I actually met Cullen at an open house while I was working with another agent and I thought he was very friendly, personable and professional. I switched over to him to help me buy a house because he seemed much more motivated than my other agent. After viewing several properties, I found the perfect house for me and he guided me through the negotiations and we got the house. He was great to work with.
